Sudheer, In one word he is an amazing person, in my initial days when we started attending interviews (all my friends) we all were felt little scared to explain things but Sudheer is brave and has so much courage and excellent communication skills. and he is a very quick learner and very friendly and he can easily mingle with new team. He is a smart worker. i feel glad to be a friend of him.
Sudheer is a sincere person and trust worthy person. If he takes a task, he gives 100% effort for it. A very humble, down to earth, but sincere person with whom you can trust.
I know Sudheer from past 7 years, he has excellent communication skills and convincing power. During his under graduation he raised funds to his college. He quickly mingles with every one with in no time and he keeps in touch with that person.He is a smart worker, joyful always ( even if a meteorite going to fall on him, he still keeps laughing ) what i mean to say he can handle pressure and difficult situations in effective and efficient way.
